Delivery methods
Available methods may include Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, Next Day Delivery, Road Freight, Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customer Collection and Freight Collect. The available options depend on the supplier, dimensions, weight, product restrictions and destination.
Shipping quote required
Heavy, oversized, dangerous, offshore, temperature-controlled or operationally complex shipments are quoted individually. VALORA will not display fictitious shipping rates for these orders.
Freight, duties and taxes
Freight is confirmed in the product offer, quotation or checkout when a reliable rate is available. Free delivery is offered only when the approved supplier or agreed commercial arrangement also provides it. Customs duties, import charges, export formalities and taxes are handled according to the applicable law, destination and agreed Incoterm.
Lead times are estimates until supplier stock, route capacity and order acceptance are confirmed. Tracking is provided when available from the fulfilment partner or carrier.
