Commercial Information

Payment Terms

Clear payment rules for online purchases, quotations and approved B2B accounts.

New customers: first three orders prepaid

The first three completed orders must be paid in advance. Completing three prepaid orders does not create an automatic entitlement to credit.

Online purchases

Products offered for direct purchase are payable using the methods shown at checkout when the payment gateway is configured. An order is accepted only after VALORA confirms availability, price, delivery and payment status.

Quotations and special orders

A quotation may require full prepayment, a deposit, staged payments or another expressly agreed arrangement. The applicable currency, validity period, freight, taxes, duties and payment deadline will be stated in the quotation or pro-forma invoice.

Business credit

Business credit may be considered only after a separate application and review. It is subject to written approval, an authorised credit limit and the specific payment term assigned to the customer. No credit term is active unless confirmed by VALORA in writing.

Currencies and charges

GBP is the principal catalogue currency. EUR or USD may be offered in a quotation. Currency conversion, bank, card, payment-processing and international transfer charges may be included or shown separately where applicable.

VAT, freight and import charges

VAT and other taxes are treated according to the transaction, customer, product and destination. Freight is free only when expressly confirmed. Import duties, customs costs and related charges are handled according to applicable law and the agreed delivery terms.

Payment security

Customers should verify any requested change to VALORA bank details through an established contact channel. VALORA will never request online-banking passwords or security codes by email or through a website form.
