Apply for a Credit Account
Established business customers may apply for approved payment terms after building a prepaid trading history with VALORA.
The first three orders must be paid in advance
After three completed and correctly paid orders, a customer may request a credit account. Credit approval is never automatic and any authorised term or limit will be confirmed in writing.
What we assess
- Company identity and registration
- Trading history and business profile
- Estimated monthly purchasing
- Requested limit and payment term
- Trade references and supporting documents
- Previous payment performance with VALORA
Possible terms
Approved terms may include 7, 14, 21, 28, 30 or 60 days. Only the term and credit limit expressly authorised for the customer will be available.
VALORA may approve a lower limit or shorter term than requested, request further information or keep the account prepaid.
Credit account application
Complete the information below as accurately as possible. Upload only documents that you are authorised to share. Never enter online-banking passwords, security codes or card details in this form.
Submitting an application does not create a credit facility. Until written approval is issued, all orders remain prepaid. Information is processed for account, compliance and credit assessment purposes under the Privacy Policy and Credit Terms.
