LEGAL & CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using valorainternacional.com or placing an order.
1. About VALORA
This website is operated by VALORA INTERNACIONAL LTD (“VALORA”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a business being established in London, United Kingdom.
Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom
Company number: 17408204
VAT number: Not currently VAT registered
Email: operations@valorainternacional.com
2. Scope
These terms apply to use of valorainternacional.com and to purchases made through the website. VALORA supplies industrial, marine, offshore, energy, MRO, safety, hospitality, and foodservice products and also provides a separate Request for Quotation service for products or projects that are not suitable for immediate online purchase.
3. Direct purchases and quotation requests
A direct website purchase and a Request for Quotation are separate processes. A quotation request is not an order and does not create a contract until VALORA issues a written quotation and the customer accepts it in the manner stated in that quotation.
For online purchases, an automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt only. Acceptance is subject to payment authorisation, product availability, supplier fulfilment confirmation, and applicable compliance checks. The sales contract is formed when VALORA sends an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation.
4. Product information and suitability
We take reasonable care to present accurate specifications, images, certifications, dimensions, and compatibility information. Manufacturer images may be illustrative and packaging may change. Customers must review technical requirements before ordering. For safety-critical, hazardous-area, pressure, electrical, or regulated applications, suitability must be confirmed against the manufacturer’s current datasheet and required certification.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for their intended purpose where those rights apply.
5. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices will be shown in the stated website currency and will identify applicable taxes where required. Delivery, customs duty, import VAT, brokerage, and other mandatory charges will be disclosed before the customer is bound wherever they can be calculated in advance. No optional paid service will be added without the customer’s express agreement.
Payment methods will be displayed at checkout after the payment gateway is configured. VALORA will not request payment outside the approved checkout or a formally issued quotation or invoice.
6. Stock and supplier fulfilment
Selected products may be dispatched directly by an approved supplier using blind dropshipping. This means the parcel should not include supplier branding, supplier pricing, marketing material, or a supplier invoice. VALORA remains the customer-facing seller and support contact.
Stock information can change between order placement and supplier confirmation. If an item becomes unavailable, VALORA will offer an appropriate alternative, revised lead time, or refund as applicable. We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s agreement.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, charges, and estimated lead times are displayed at checkout, in the product information, or in a written quotation. Orders may arrive in more than one shipment where products are supplied from different locations. Unless a different delivery period is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
International customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and customs information. The party acting as importer of record, the applicable Incoterm, and responsibility for duties and import charges will be stated before the order is accepted or in the quotation.
8. Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation and return rights depend on whether the customer is acting as a consumer or a business and on the nature of the product. Consumer statutory rights are not restricted. Custom-made, personalised, sealed hygiene, hazardous, calibrated, configured, or specially sourced products may have limited change-of-mind cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Please see the Returns & Refunds Policy for procedures and contact operations@valorainternacional.com before returning any item. Products must not be returned to a supplier without written return instructions from VALORA.
9. Business customers
Where a customer purchases wholly or mainly for business purposes, additional commercial terms stated in a quotation, purchase order acknowledgement, or supply agreement may apply. If there is a conflict, the specifically agreed written commercial terms take priority for that transaction.
10. Restricted and export-controlled products
Some products may be subject to export controls, sanctions, end-use restrictions, dangerous-goods rules, or local certification requirements. VALORA may request end-user, destination, or intended-use information and may refuse or cancel a transaction where supply would be unlawful or commercially unsafe.
11. Intellectual property
The VALORA name, branding, website design, and original content are protected. Manufacturer names, trademarks, images, and technical information remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification and authorised sales purposes where applicable.
12. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to applicable law, VALORA is not responsible for indirect business losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any specific limitations for business customers will be stated transparently in the applicable commercial agreement.
13. Events outside reasonable control
VALORA is not responsible for delay caused by events outside reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delay, industrial action, supplier interruption, natural disaster, or government restriction. We will communicate material delays and take reasonable steps to reduce their effect.
14. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Supplier and carrier details are shared only as needed to process, dispatch, and support orders.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and jurisdiction protections that apply in their country of residence.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms, an order, or a quotation should be sent to operations@valorainternacional.com.
